Part-Time Postdoc Psychological Associate Position

What we need from you:

We are currently seeking a culturally aware clinician with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of 13 - 20 clients per week. To meet current client needs, it is mandatory to work from the office at least two days a week. Any remaining hours may be completed virtually. Additionally, our practice offers psychological assessments; while experience in this area is not required, opportunities to perform assessments are available.

Compensation:

This position offers a pay range of $38-$48 per billable hour.

Benefits and additional compensation will be discussed and determined based on your experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Doctorate Degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)

* Eligible to be a Psychological Associate by the BOP for a minimum of one year

* Ability to deliver both in-person and telehealth services

* Ability to be self-directed and work collaboratively within a team

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Adherence to standards of service operations, documentation, confidentiality, and ethical principles and guidelines

* Hold professional liability insurance

* Professional, reliable, and people-focused work style

* Working knowledge of multicultural issues

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Providing individual psychotherapy services to clients on an outpatient basis

* Maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and creating treatment plans in a timely manner

* Responding to direct requests or questions from clients or collaterals in a timely and professional manner

* Advocating on behalf of clients when appropriate

* Establishing and maintaining your own schedule and reliably attending appointments

* Attending weekly meetings including, but not limited to, supervision, group supervision, training and didactics, and company and peer consultation groups
