In-network
We have clinicians in-network with the following insurance plans:
OUT-OF-NETWORK
You may be eligible to have 50%-80% of your costs covered by out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance company to check your out-of-network benefits to determine your potential coverage.
Sliding Scale
If you choose not to use insurance or your insurance plan does not have out of network benefits (i.e. they do not offer reimbursement), cash payments using a sliding scale can be discussed with your provider.
